This perrenial variety produces elongated and reddish bulbous with numerous, wide and dark green leaves. Needs wet soil and regular watering. Leaves and bulbous are delicious for flavouring salads, soups, omelets and soft white cheese. Can be frozen. Direct sowing in lines 20 cm apart or in window boxes. Harvest 3 months after planting either the whole stalk or progressively according your needs by cutting the stalks 2 cm over the soil.
