Oval downy leaves, slightly serrated, spike of bluish mauve flowers. Tropical cultivation : all the year round. Sowing : during cool season, preferably in calcareous soil. Maintenance : watering abundantly during plant’s growth but avoid stagnant water. Use : for cooking with poultry, veal, sausages, tomatoes.
