Tolerant to heat, this non-bulbous variety is early maturing. Homogeneous and productive. Its long and cylindrical stalk keeps white. Delicious for flavouring salads, soups, omelets and soft white cheese. Easily frozen. Direct dense sowing in lines 20 cm apart then thinning. Harvest : 2 to 3 months after planting.
