Agrinova Co is committed to delivering high-quality seeds. To protect product integrity and ensure regulatory compliance, our return policy includes the following conditions:
Return Window
Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility

Only unused, unopened, and original seed packets are eligible for return.

Returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Seeds must not show any signs of deterioration or exposure to adverse conditions. This includes, but is not limited to label discoloration, water damage, humidity exposure, or sun bleaching—even if the packet is sealed and original.

Custom blends, live products, or expired items are not returnable.
Return Process

Contact customer service at info@agrinovaseed.com within 30 days of delivery, stating the order number, contact information, and the reason for return.

Once approved, follow provided shipping instructions. Customers cover return shipping costs.
Inspection & Exceptions

All returned seeds are subject to inspection. Returns will not be accepted if there is visible or detectable damage caused by environmental exposure (such as faded/peeling labels, mold, moisture stains, or packaging deformation caused by heat or cold).

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 2% restocking fee may apply.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be provided to the original payment method within two business days after inspection.
