The cabbage Kale is an old consumed today for their abundant benefits. It would be rich in vitamins, mineral salts, and fibres whis aig poor in calorie. It is also known to be rich in nutrients with anti oxidant and antibacterial properties. It is a real detox ally! The cabbage Kale Nolan is vigorous and mesures 25 to 30 cm high. Leaves are very curly, dark green and lightly bitter. It is usuaily consumed either raw in salad, or steamed, or also blanched few minutes in boiling salted water before cooking. The crop of cabbage Kale is easy, not much demanding and takes up few spaces. Seedling planting hole 2/3 seeds, transplant when the plant reaches 5 cm, on a line every 30 cm. First havest 4 weeks after planting.
